Transfer Open House

Our Transfer Open House is an exciting opportunity for you to speak with faculty, staff, and students to get your questions answered and it’s also a great way to learn more about what we have to offer here at Canisius. Throughout the Open House, we’ll give you everything you need to know about the transfer admissions process, financial aid, academic programs, and student life, and if you have not yet explored our campus, you can join one of our campus tours!

We’ll also offer on-the-spot admissions decisions and transfer credit evaluations during the Open House! If you’re ready to take the next step, this is a great opportunity to have your application reviewed, receive your decision, and know what courses you should register for. If you want an on-the-spot decision, please submit your application before the Open House. And, if you start your application and want to finish it at the Open House and get a decision, we can help with that, too (please bring a copy of your transcripts with you)!

You will be emailed specific details about the event to the email address used when registering. 

Details for the event:

• Check-in will take place in Science Hall between 10:00am-10:30am. The Welcome will begin promptly at 10:30am.  A more detailed agenda will be provided to you upon check-in the morning of, including the locations of all scheduled activities.

 

• Guest parking is located at our Health Science building or Koessler Athletic Center parking lots.

 

• Many of our day's events will take place indoors, but our campus tour is a walking tour that will take you outside, so please dress for the appropriate weather.
