Overnight Visits

Experience what it’s like to be a Canisius College student by shadowing a current student on one of our overnight visit dates.

The overnight visit program is available for Accepted Students ONLY. During your visit you will:
 

• Attend classes with your current host
• Eat in our dining hall
• Stay overnight in the residence hall

Overnight visits are available on select Mondays – Wednesdays when the college is in session from mid-February through early April. Please complete the registration form below to request an overnight visit. Please request your overnight visit at least one week in advance to allow for proper planning.

Your visit will not be scheduled until an Overnight Coordinator has approved your request and emailed you a confirmation of your visit date and time. We cannot guarantee that all visit requests will be accommodated.

Below is a tentative schedule for an overnight visit.
A final schedule will be emailed to you with your confirmation.

4:00 pm: Arrive in Undergraduate Admissions and meet your host.

Late Afternoon/Evening: Attend any classes/meetings with your host, eat dinner in the dining hall, stay overnight in residence hall with your host.

Morning: Breakfast with your host in the dining hall

Mid/Late Morning: Attend any classes/meetings with your host.

12:00 pm: Return to Undergraduate Admissions to conclude your visit.
